Franchise: significant development challenges

5 examples of conferences scheduled at the Franchise Expo Paris Show:
- Starting a franchise: the keys to success
- How to change your career by becoming an entrepreneur?

- Market research: how to forecast your potential revenue?
- Convincing your banker in 3 steps
How to start a business? Which status should you choose? How to ensure the legal oversight of your structure? How to obtain financing?
There are many questions to be asked when starting a franchise business. This is why the event also provided an opportunity to facilitate discussions between franchisors, franchisees, and project leaders.
Without forgetting – for franchisors – the main challenges of developing their network and providing the best possible support to new candidates and franchisees.
How to streamline the recruitment process?
Providing seamless support for the arrival of franchisees, from initial contact to signing, is a real challenge. That’s why it’s recommended to use a dedicated recruitment tool.
By digitizing your processes, you will offer a simple, professional and pleasant experience to your new recruits: a key step for a positive welcome!
Beyond these challenges, a platform equipped for your needs will also allow you to monitor and succeed in your recruitment.
How to engage your network?
Without proper tools, engaging a network can become a daunting task.
To facilitate the support of franchisees, it is necessary to effectively transfer skills and know-how. Operating manual, e-learning platform for skills development, updating of data and documents, data tracking, etc.
This essential information can be easily communicated using tools developed for this purpose. It is then possible to monitor the evolution of its brands in real time and to familiarize its new franchisees with the functioning of its model.
