A digital project manager was appointed internally and trained by the Seenaps team. Their role: lead the deployment, become the platform’s main point of contact, and share best practices with team members. This approach enabled a gradual and effective skill-building process.

Network coordinators also received a detailed presentation of the modules. Without extensive training at this stage, this introduction helped them understand the key features and grasp the added value of Seenaps in their daily tasks.
