When you decide to transform an entire profession, obstacles are part of the journey. For Primo Conciergerie, the first challenge was to structure a sector they saw as lacking professionalism.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\u201cWe implemented solid processes to ensure a high level of quality, with demanding standards that uplift our industry.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

But professionalizing the concierge service wasn\u2019t enough. They also needed to establish a strong and credible brand image <\/strong>in a rapidly evolving market. Becoming a recognized reference was a real challenge that required constant work on visibility and network credibility.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n
